Shipping and returns

Where we ship

We ship to Germany. Every order travels from our supplier's warehouse in China straight to your address, with no stop in Europe.

What shipping costs

Nothing. Shipping is included on every order, with no minimum. The price on the product page is the price at the checkout.

Import VAT is contained in that price and is declared for you through our logistics partner's IOSS registration. Nothing further is charged on delivery — no customs fee, no carrier handling charge.

How long it takes

We ship with CJPacket Ordinary I. The carrier states a transit time of 8 to 18 days to Germany for that service. Before that comes the time the warehouse needs to pick your order and hand it over. We have not measured that on real orders yet, so we quote no number we could not stand behind.

What we can commit to is the statutory limit: your order is delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If an order will not make that, we tell you, and you can withdraw from the contract and get your money back.

As soon as the parcel is with the carrier you receive a tracking link by e-mail.

One parcel, kit included

The four items in the complete kit sit in the same warehouse and travel together. The same applies if you order several items separately.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU or the EEA you have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The full conditions, the consequences of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal policy.

If you send something back

Returns go to Bendix Konsulting AS, Overlege Helsingens veg 18, 7805 Namsos, Norway. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You need no authorisation from us — the right of withdrawal is yours. If you write to us through the contact form with your order number first, we can match the parcel to your order and refund faster. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your notice.

Used brushes and cloths

Trying a brush or taking a cloth out of its packaging does not cost you the right of withdrawal. No hygiene exception applies to our range. If goods come back more worn than inspecting them required, we may charge for the loss in value — nothing more.

Faults

If something arrives damaged or fails in normal use, write to us through the contact form with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right. Your statutory rights in respect of faults run for two years from receipt and are not limited by anything on this page.
