We answer in writing, in German, English or Norwegian. We do not run a customer telephone line: every enquiry is handled in writing so that what was asked and what was answered stays on the record. If you want to withdraw from your contract you do not need this form. There is a “Withdraw contract” button in the footer for that, and any other unambiguous statement works just as well. The details are in the withdrawal policy.
